I use Vendio to list all my ebay auctions. Over the last month or so when I list an auction the location is coming up as Jersey when I have selected United Kingdom. I feel that I am losing out on UK business as my auctions are not coming up on Ebay UK search as being available in UK. Has anyone else had similar problems or does anyone know how to fix it. I contacted Vendio a couple of weeks ago and they said it was a bug that had been reported but have heard nothing since and its still the same. ANy ideas??
That is correct, due to a problem with the eBay API, UK customers are reporting that their location is displayed as "Jersey" when auctions are launched through our system.
We are working with eBay on this issue to ensure that it is corrected as quickly as possible. In the meantime, if your listings are displaying the incorrect location when launched, you may revise them on eBay directly.
You may want to contact eBay about this in order to reinforce the urgency of the issue with them.
