Bidpay has not approved 2 seperate orders from customers that had combined items, is there a way to fix this , one was below

Hello jewljack,
Did you receive a notice from BidPay that the customer has paid and that they money order is on it's way? Or is it that the customer can not pay using BidPay? I am not quite sure I understand your question. Thanks,

If Bidpay has declined the orders, you will need to contact them (or your customer) as to the reason why. We do not have access to that information, unfortunately.
