Please help. I'm in the middle of customizing some of the new templates. I have the variable power plan, so I think I can use my own pictures in the customizable templates. I am able to upload them, but there is no "ok" button to choose them after I select them with the "radial button". In other words I can select them, but then I can't hit ok anywhere to get them into the template.

Hello,

When I checked your account, I did see 2 hula girls and a golfer logo that you must have loaded up to use.

Just click on the image that appears in the default location for the image accent, and you can pick from the ones you have already uploaded.

Also, when you are on the page where you uploaded the images themselves, you do need to scroll down a bit to see the OK button on the very bottom of that page.

Regards,
Christopher

Ok, I really don't think I'm seeing it. I can't find an OK button - I scolled all the way down, and when I click on the beachball image (for example) to change it my hula girl that I uploaded doesn't show up.
Help

Hello,

Now that the images are uploaded, you will first click on the beachball like you said, and on the page with all of the samples, click at the bottom left where it says 'upload images' under the custom section.
When you do, you will see the option to upload more custom images, along with the custom ones you already uploaded. Click in the little box below one of the images you already uploaded, then scroll to the very bottom of the page and right in the middle at the bottom you will see the OK button to add that custom image to the template you are working on.

I saved the one I just checked in your account as 'ihula test' for reference.

Regards,
Christopher

Hi Christopher
Well, I went to the laptop and figured out the problem. I don't know if I have a small monitor, but the bottom of my monitor cuts off the Ok button - doesn't show at all on my desktop computer and I'm not sure how to fix that. It cuts off before the whole light blue stripe on the bottom. At least I can do it with the laptop.
Thanks for your help!

Hello,

If it is cut off at the bottom, try using the maximize option in the browser window so it resizes itself to fit the screen instead of the box actually extending down past your usable viewing area.

The maximizer is actually greyed out (you mean the square in the upper right corner?) It does actually fill my whole screen, too. The bottom is just cut off. Any other suggestions?

Hello,

The window is not a fixed size, so depending on your browser software I suppose, you should be able to click in that middle box to make it either fit the whole page or go back to whatever size it was before you clicked to make it fit the whole page.

Unfortunately, the issue is browser specific, and you may need to adjust your settings a little to see why yours is not correctly displaying the full page, or at least giving you the option to scroll down to see the rest.

Regards,
Christopher
