This is a new one. I uploaded some images and I am doing ebay auctions to launch tonight. I got two done and they will launch tonight. I started working on a third. I loaded the photos for the auction. But, when I went to load one for the gallery, the images were gone from my site. Yet, they're still loaded for the auction: I can see them there. And, I checked on the other two listings I have saved to launch tonight. The images show in the listing, but they don't show in my inventory either, just like the third auction. How can this be? How can I load photos into my auctions, and the next minte they disapear when I go to add them to the gallery? This is weird.

Hello troyjanna,

As previously announced, we will soon be releasing several new image hosting features, including watermarking, zoom viewing functionality, and an undelete feature. We are in the process of making some changes that will help accommodate these new features.

Some users may notice a change in the image sort order in image hosting and on the create listing pulldown menu. Image sorting is now case-sensitive, and follows the format of numerical filenames first, followed by upper-case filenames, with lower-case filenames last in the list.

This new method will allow substantially more flexibility and control over managing your image list. We look forward to releasing the new image hosting functionality shortly.

Have a great weekend.
Tara

I am having the SAME problem.... and it has nothing to do with case sensitivity.... they simply do not show up! I have to save my auction....then go to the pending list...and then add the pics to laund it.... VERY FRUSTRATING

Good morning dmlinda,

Do you have one in your pending section which you are experiencing this with? And is it when you go to create a new listing that the images are not showing up or is this one that you already have in pending?

Best regards,
Tara

HELP!! I use an alpha-numeric system to assure that my recently loaded images stay on top of the list for ease in listing. Now my images seem to be sorted in a hap-hazard way!

ie: 35hqq8carmel.jpg
can now be found in my list between 35hqq89indiancreek.jpg
and 35hqq90keywest.jpg
and not between 35hqq7xxxxx and 35hqq9xxxx (which also has become buried in the list of images!

What to do?????? PLEASE ADVISE ASAP MAKING ME NUTSO!!!!

Neglus - if this is the new system that Vendio has adopted you are going to have to make your second numerical section all 2 digits (0 3 as the case may be)
ie - 35hqq8carmel.jpg will have to be 35hqq08carmel.jpg in order to show up in your intended order in the list.

Hope that helps you some.
