I just started an auction and everything is fine, but the counter isn't working. I have reset, reset, and reset many times. Now what?
Usually when I launch an auction, I check it on ebay and then it shows the count as 1, and then after others view, counters work fine. On this one I can't even get a count of 1.

I'm having the same problem on two auctions launched on Thursday. The auctions launched before and after are fine but those two (2345095194 and 3625641414) aren't registering hits. I know they're getting hits because I have other counters that I use in addition to Vendio's, and they're picking up hits.

Hello,
The 'smart' feature of that counter may not be working correctly from the sounds of it. If using the built in reset option found via the Sales Manager tab does not trigger it, you can edit it.
From the image hosting tab, click along the left hand side of the page to visit the old counter page. From here, locate your item and click to edit the counter. When you get to the edit page, switch it to the simple style counter instead, then save the change.
