Prior to releasing eBay store support, imported/tracked store items would not work correctly in the Sales Manager. Them dissapearing once closed is one behavior of this.
You could attempt to track them back in now, using the 'track other items' link on the Sales Manager tab. Use that tool with the second option where you enter the item number.

Hello,
Note that the import tool is not meant to be used on an ongoing basis, rather only to track the items you had already launched elsewhere along with the images, to be used when listing from Vendio on a going forward basis.
While as a workaround, some imported listings can be used in post sale management, the post sale tools officially only support items listed directly via the Vendio website.
Items that you have imported may not be available for use in post sale once closed, but if imported, you should have access to those images to create new items from directly via Vendio. Once you convert to listing your eBay store items from here, you will be able to manage all of your sales from here as well.
