I think I posted this in wrong place so posting it here sorry about that.
Hi, the post sales manager is great but I am wondering if there is a way to change the format of the shipping label. I use the USPS labels and have found way to print them but have to either loose my return address or miss part of the TO address with no exceptions. I have tried to change the points which still does same thing. We need to be able to choose a type label we are printing or be able to move the TO address or From address so that they appear almost on top of each other so as not to loose one or the other. I know of no address labels to print that is self adhesive that is at least 7 inches wide.....
How do we suggest this to the program or webpage makers to allow us to print labels and get both to and from names and addresses onto the labels. Otherwise you have to glue and tape them on to your packages. IS there something I am missing somewhere to fix this? If there is then I am the dummy who still need help. LOL

Hi Gary,
I saw your other post -- it has been deleted.
Unfortunately we do not interface with the USPS shipping system so the best thing to do would be to use the label setting that pushes the To and From addresses as close together as possible. I will forward your suggestions to Product Development.

Hi, I finally found you can set the point size on the shipping label only print option to 150 and it moves it around. BUT I was wanting this option on the combo page so as to print all at once. I stick the upper corners of my shipping label to my piece of paper and put it in my printer so that addresses and packing slip print together. If I use the shipping label only print option then I have to then print the invoice separate. This is a pain to do. Need the label size ability on the combo page. Am I missing something here?
