Hello, I have not listed in a long time, and today I tried to list and the description box is dead, can't remove the words already there and can't add my auction info. Can anyone help? I am using web tv, does that have anything to do with it.Like I said, its been a long time since I listed, I can not get that box to work!

Unfortunately, this is a problem restricted to web TV users. As we do not officially support the Web TV platform there is not much we can offer for a workaround -- you can try powering down your Web TV box for a few minutes and restarting to see if that helps. If you have access to a computer, you may want to try that to create your item descriptions.
