A customer won 8 different auctions and used the checkout to combine the wins into an order. Except that two orders were created with the same 8 items. The two order #s are 616739363 and 6167399300.
I have three questions:
1) How did this happen?
2) How can it be prevented in the future?
3) How can I delete one of the orders?

Hello,
I am looking into this problem to see what has happened. You can remove one of the orders by archiving it -- if you got charged for two orders, let us know so we can go about refunding you for the charge.
