Someone made a special Blank template for me (I think it was Marius). The template was supposed to trigger the "Image Included in Item Description" so the camera icon would display. It does not seem to be working. You can use this title in basic search on eBay to see an example:

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Chances are with all of the changes eBay has made recently with their new ipix images in the listings and other changes/errors they have had with this system, our embedded template may need to be updated or changed to get the camera icon again.
We have passed this along to engineering to check into further and correct as needed.
