How do I turn off relisting if I had it on when I first launched the auction? In other words, if my auction is presently up, and I don't want it to automatically relist if it doesn't sell, how do I affect that change? Thanks!

Good morning darlingmillionare,

To disable the automatic relist function, take the following steps:

-Click the Active link in the left navigation bar in Sales Manager.
-Click the check-box next to the items you wish to disable, and select the 'Set Auto-Relist' button.
-Click the down-arrow key under the "Times to Relist" column. Select the blank line (top entry in the menu.)
-Click the "Submit" button. You will not see a confirmation, but the circular auto-relist icon will be removed from the Sales Manager list if you successfully disabled the function.

Hope this helps, have a great day.
Tara

Hi Tara!
Thanks for the quick reply! Will this affect the auctions that were launched and are currently still running? If I take this action will it stop the listings currently up from relistin? Thanks again!

Hello,

Yes, using the above directions will stop your currently running items from relisting as well.

Regards,
Christopher

If I have the "relisting" feature on and an auction closes without a sale, does eBay recognize the "new" auction as a relist? It doesn't appear, from my invoice that they see that Vendio relist as the same auction. Can you advise on this?

Hello,

It is seen as a relist -- if it sells you should get the appropriate credit from ebay. I hope this helps.

Regards,

Sonya
