This area offers features that are not offered in My Account/Global Settings or My Account/Ebay Pref or My Account/Post Sale Mgt Options. Basically, I do accept money orders, checks and cashiers checks. These options are checked in all of the appropriate areas within the My Account settings. However, when customers go to Checkout, these are not offered as options. Editing the WBN and Checkout shows that the correct payment type boxes are not checked. The values haven't passed through from the choices made in My Account area. I don't want to edit each WBN. Can you tell me what I am doing incorrectly?? Thanks!

Hello,
Default settings are only applied to brand new items that you list. If you have existing data already created or stored somewhere, it would need to be manually edited to add these payment options to it.
For now, click on the PSM keys beside that item in your closed list, then edit step one to add these payment options.
All items already active prior to setting this up as a default, would only offer whatever you either had as a default before, or manually checked when you created the item.

Thanks. You are correct. I forgot that I did alter my payment options, etc. after a customer complained that it wasn't being offered. Subsequently, an additional customer mentioned it but it was from the same batch of auctions. I just don't want to hear whinning from the buyers.
