I had 3 auctions end today with buy it now - they have now disappeared from post sale - or didn't ever go to post sale. I have tried importing them - they doesn't help either. They were launched with vendio.
Can you help me out and get them back into post sale so that I can proceed with the processing of them - 2347125491, 2346329606, 2346329650
I had 5 or 6 other auctions end with buy it now today and they are all fine.
Please help!!

Well, I got the 3 of them to show up - but I had to import them. There must be some kind of a glitch today or something, I have never had that happen before. I am hoping that they don't pop up in a couple of days and I will have duplicate items in my post sale. That is not possible is it??

Hello,
I re-tracked these items into your account for you, and when they came back, the WBN shows as already being sent. Either it sent the second it hit the closed section, or it had already sent when the item seemingly went missing.
You should be able to manage these 3 items from the closed section now.

On a side note, I had to use that 'track other item' link on your Sales Manager page, as the Import tool will only seek out currently active listings. FYI.

Did you click on 'import auction' after you found it in track? I just tried to track it in for you this morning, it hasn't appeared yet in your closed section.

Just got home and got your message. When I went into my post sale it was there and I had the WBN notic in my mailbox.
I had tried import first. That was before I read this posting, then went back and tried track.
In any case, it's in there now.

I've had another fixed price MIA. Just did the track and import and am still waiting for it to show up. 3348663442

Thank you for passing along this other example, please continue to do so. Engineering is checking into this issue and identified possble casues, however there is no ETA yet on when this will be corrected.

I sold a buy it now during the night..and it's not still in the active file, and i have done several refreshes in the closed..it's just gone away! Luckily I had arcieved the first auction (the missing one was a relist of that) and have it in my pending until later.
Just up and disappeared once it sold!
