I'm finally getting around to trying to use the customized templates in Sales Manager. I've customized my template and have it pretty much how I want it, but wanted to know if there is any way to accomplish a few things:
1. I'm using 4 or 5 custom text sections in the template (the ones that appear after the standard text) - shipping info, return info, etc. Is there any way to have the keywords (the titles of the sections) appear at the top of the listing with the rest of the navigation links? Right now all I can find is the way to put one link for all my custom text.
2. How can I make it so Vendio's "Payment" section will NOT appear on auctions? I can't seem to find this option anywhere.
Thanks - the new customizable templates are great!

Hello --
We're glad to hear you are making the most of the new customizable templates! To answer your questions:
1) To avoid having too much clutter in the navigation links, you can currently only have one overall title for your custom sections appear in the navigation links at the top. Many sellers use overall titles like, "The Fine Print", "My Policies", "Why Buy from Me" to encompass the information provided in the custom text sections.
2) To turn off the auto-insertion of Vendio's Payment information section, please do the following:
- Click on the "My Account" tab.
- From the "My Account" page, click on the link for the "Global Preferences" page.
- In the "Global Preferences" page, scroll down to the "Auction Listing Options" section.
- In the "Auction Listing Options" section, make sure to UNcheck the box for "Insert list of payment types accepted in auction listing".
- Make sure to click on "Save Preferences" when you are finished.
Please let us know if we can provide any additional assistance.
