On 10-2 I had a store item purchased. It was one of those that went MIA and did not appear in the post sale. I asked about it on here and was told it is a glitch and I can't track it in - as the store auction is still active. So, I had to manually process this item. Fine, I did that. The person paid on the 2nd and it is shipped.

Well today - boom - it magically appears. Now what - my customer gets a wbn for an item they paid for on the 2nd. I have an item in post sale that doesn't show paid, but yet it is. What if I hadn't caught it - and tried to collect again or filed a nonpaying bidder.

This problem has gone on for 2 + weeks, everyday I have an item that doesn't show up in psm and I have to import it in - or if it is a store item have manually processed it - what kind of mess am I going to have and do I have now if these items are going to start magically appearing.

This problem is simply UNACCEPTABLE. I pay you to offer psm for my auctions, and I can accept something if you tell me it isn't going to appear. But I cannot accept items appearing 3 days after they are paid and shipped. This is a major major problem and I need to know if and when it is going to be resolved.

The whole integrity of Vendio is at risk here. You are making us sellers look like fools. How would you like to purchase something - pay - and then 3 days later get an email telling you to pay.

I am tired of you skirting the issue with this - WHEN is it going to be fixed, I have been patient enough.

FYI - I had 2 store items purchased that day and no psm was available for either. The 2nd item has also now magically appeared. Both are paid and shipped. You need to put an important notice out on this for your customers. Someone is going to get some bad feedback from your mess!!

Hello,

As you have noticed, it does appear that these missing items will track in eventually when you attempt to do so manually, however not right away.

Engineering has all resources on this project, and we do hope to have it corrected early this week.

Christopher - you are missing the point here. These are store items, and there are multiple items for sale in each auction. So, it is not something I can manually track in - as the auction is still active.

If you take a look at the post I made on the 2nd - you told me it cannot be manually tracked in and that I would have to process these manually. Fine, I did that. But now - today - they magically appeared in psm - and they are paid, and shipped.
