I have 2 store items that I launched through Vendio and the WBN's aren't going out. The numbers are:
3346905555
3346909736
I hate to have the WBNs go out in 20 days or so when the store listing ends. Any suggestions?

Hi Ihula,

We are currently having a problem with some fixed price items not properly transferring over from Active to Closed. I have forwarded your information over to engineering, we will keep you posted on the progress of this.

I had store items that no wbn went out on - was told by Vendio to process manually as they won't show up - because we can't import an active item (they are still active with multiples available) and then boom 3 days later there they were. They were already paid and shipped, but showed unpaid in psm - So watch those items very carefully. Doesn't look very good when we send a WBN 3 days after they pay.

Bumping again - any news? None of mine from a week ago have gone out and since they're GTC auctions I don't know if they ever will (a this point I don't want them to because they've already paid and I've shipped the items out). Here's one from yesterday that never went out either:

Store Item. Multiples. 2951362495.
Problem here was this customer made an auction purchase and wants to combine shipping. No way to combine in PSM because it never showed up.

Really hate to have to have these customers email me over this. My store is only a couple of months old. Posting through here to Ebay for EASE of post sale, but this is not making things easier.

I know you guys have been working on this.
Please tell me that this will be worked out soon. Things are getting busy and the holidays are approaching. This process is time consuming. I don't want to have a customer slip through the cracks because I missed a store sale.

I have been having this problem for several weeks now and I am getting the response that engineering is "working on it". I have some bidders that are starting to get annoyed with me and in turn I am getting annoyed with Vendio. Most of the errors are costing me time and money, which I don't have to waste. Please tell that you are actually working on this and when will it be corrected.

Hello all,

First of all, thank you for your patience with this. I wanted to provide an update on this issue. We will be pushing a fix for the problem with fixed-price and eBay Stores items tomorrow (Wed) morning which we hope will help. Note, there are several conditions which result in the symptom you have described, and it is in part due to an error in the eBay API. As the API interface is controlled by eBay, we may not be able to fully resolve this issue immediately; however, we are working with eBay on this in addition to fixing the problem on our side.
