When I signed into Vendio tonight and went to Image Hosting (to attach a missing picture to an existing auction) I came upon the new format for picture hosting. I checked the picture I wanted to attach, clicked on attach and was taken to a new way to attach pics. I followed the directions, added the item number, etc. When this operation was complete I went to the auction listing and the newly attached picture shows at the bottom as added on 10/8. I wanted to put it into the body of the listing as was able to do before. I logged out and logged in again and got the "old image hosting" screen. I was then able to do the "cut and paste of the URL into the listing and now the picture shows before the description. 1. Wondering why the "new" way shows as added at the bottom of the listing? and 2. Why, on 1st log in, was I directed to the new page and on 2nd log in to the old page? The new way would be very easy if it inserted the picture into the listing description above the text like a new listing does. Will the "old way" still be available?

Hi Susan,

Whenever you add an image to an item that way, by inputting the item ID number, it always goes to the bottom of the listing. If you do it the 'generate HTML' way, you can take the HTML and place it anywhere in your description.

Did you log in from the same page that you logged out of?

Regards,

Sonya

I figured out what is happening - when you select Image Hosting you are seeing the images only with choices of Attach, Attach w/counter, etc. If you select an image and choose attach, the only option you have is to put in the auction ID number and the picture is then put at the bottom.

If you go into Sales Manager, Manage Images you can do it the HTML way and insert the image into the text of the listing.

In the past there were not 2 different ways of doing it.
