I just completed transferring my post-sale processes to Vendio.

I have a customer who's backing out, but it's too soon to file a NPB.

How do I track problems that do not fit into the normal 9 step process?

I can leave myself a note, but that doesn't help me when viewing items as a list.

How much of the NPB program is supported?

Thank You,
Jeff (ferretbee)

Hello,

You can only file NPBs for auction items. What is the item ID number for this auction? I would like to see how it appears in your Post Sale section.

Items 3432868416 and 3433026709 are the items the buyer is backing out of.

I'm now able to file a NPB and did so for 3432868416. I selected "Transaction not completed by mutual consent". On eBay, this would allow me to file a FVFC immediately. The Vendio system does not recognize this distinction.

I can easily file this manually, but then there's no way to record it in Post-Sale.

Hi ferretbee,

I checked the two items you referenced and they are in your post sale, with all nine steps of post sale available, though not one of them is checked. Items need to be in the Awaiting Payment section in order for you to file for the NPB or FVFC. Those two items are not there, which is why you can't file them at eBay.

If you check off step 1 for them, they'll show up there.

I have deleted your other thread on this issue, so as to keep it to one thread.

Regards,

Sonya
