Before, if I wanted to replace one gif with another, I just deleted from Image Center and replaced it with another of the same name.
Now I delete, it's gone, the new upload goes fine and is displayed up top. But when I scroll down to the gallery, the old gif arose from the dead.
And the old gif is what is being downloaded into the auction.
If you are reusing image file names, you will need to wait at least an hour before it updates with the new image. If it has been longer than that please let us know.
