I am having a large amount of problems with PSM this evening. The system is not functioning properly, can't get the Invoice page to come up--keep getting "WEBSITE HAVING TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES" message keeps coming up. Not receiving EON notices from VD. The system is not working properly.

I click on the Invoice button, but nothing never comes up--the page never changes and I never see the invoice to print it. The keys are marked by Invoice, but I can not get the page to come up to print the invoice. I am not receiving the EOA winning bidder notification from VD. Please help, I need to print the invoice for shipping. PSM is acting extremely weird tonite.

Hello,

We havent heard any other reports thus far, and I was able to log directly into your account and load a few of the invoices without error.

Are there any in particular we could use to test this issue with?

Thank you for your rapid response. YOU might be able to do invoices, BUT I can not get into my invoices or can I print any invoices. This just started this PM, I have done all this earlier today without any problem. There is definitely something wrong with the SYSTEM. I am not receiving any WBN from VD either. I manually sent one to see if it would come to me--Nuna, siltch, nothing. So, since you can get into my invoices without any probllems, I am to just forget that I have a problem???? Wrong, answer. VD is having some major technical problems, whether you think so or not. What do you suggest I do since I can not get into the invoices?? Have you print them and Email them to me??

Just wanted to let you know that I logged out of VD and back in and the PSM is printing the invoices fine. Still not receiving WBN at the end of the auctions. I do not know if any of my customers are receiving them either. Thank you for your assistance. Very helpful.

Hello Robert,

If you are not receiving WBNs, please check your mail filter and junk mail folder. There is a chance that your WBNs are being flagged as junk mail and automatically filtered if you are using AOL for email.
