Hi,
I'm wondering what is the thinking behind categorizing the "Items To Ship" list based on when the item(s) closed rather than when they were paid for ? Since most of us ship based on when the items are paid for and not when the auction closed, wouldn't it be logical, and indeed, more useful to us, if they were categorized by payment date? Or at the very least, perhaps be given options in a drop down menu as to how we would like them categorized, such as in the "Sold Items" list where we are given category options in the drop down menu for by "winner email","auction id","auction title"?
Just a thought - since I'm constantly referring to the list as who to pack next & having to run through the whole list to figure it out - seems kind of silly - and useless, really, the way it is categorized now.

I am not sure why it's sorted by close date, probably because it seems logical that the listings that closed earliest and have received payment would be most advantageous to ship first. I will log your request, however.
