I generally have pictures all sized between 30-40 KB and usually list three to five images on each auction. My question is: I have one item that will require about 8 or 9 images on the auction. When I sized them and uploaded them, some of them were larger than the 30-40KB I usually use. One image is 67KB, one is 54KB, two are 48KB and the remaining images are about 40KB each. Will this be a problem when I create my listing? Will some of these images be automatically resized, if necessary? In my preferences, I have the option checked to automatically resize my images. Thanks..Barbara

Hello Barbara,

That should not be an issue, as all of your images are smaller than 100k each at least, so unless your buyers are on a really slow connection, they should not have much trouble loading 8 or 9 images at that size.

As for resizing, this is done on the phisical size end, not the file size. If the images are wider than 250 pixels, we will scale them down to 250 wide and give that 'click to enlarge' option. Images more narrow than 250 pixels will remain their original size.

Regards,
Christopher
