I have another 2nd chance item that didn't show up, so I imported it with Track Other Listings. It's been several hours and it hasn't moved from Closed to Post-Sale.

This item has finally moved to post sale. Does it normally take that long?

Also, since it was imported after PayPal payment was made, I'm guessing that the PayPal IPN wouldn't work--is that correct?

Would it be better to import 2nd chance listings as soon as they're sent as opposed to if they are purchased?

I know eBay does not yet support 2nd chance through API so I understand that causes problems out of your control.
