This is starting to be a pain in the butt. For 2 weeks now I've tried to list using Sales Manager, get one or two on and lose the third when launching. Then all of Sales Manager is inobtainable until the next day. I have to gt into Vendio using the ddress bar. I like to list 8-10 a day and 2 just doesn't cut it. Is anyone else having this problem? We don't use Web.TV. Thanks ahead for any advice!

Hi Sonya,
When I complete listing the third auction and try to launch or schedule it, it acts a though it's going but then the "cannot locate server" finally comes up and from that point on I can't access Sales Manager until the next day. This morning the last uncompleted auction from yesterday appeared as a new auction in Pending but with only the photos and category.
You might want to try first clearing your browser cache, then trying again. If you still have trouble with this, double check your internet connection and perhaps try a different access number if you are on dialup. Let us know if any of this helps.

I cleaned out the internet cache, totally shut down the computer and when I started it back up was able to go into Sales Manager and put two items on. Got to the 3rd and it happened again when I tried to save it.

You may want to look into computer problems, ISP problems, or browser problems. I launch 50 to 75 a day at the same time and have NO failures. Good luck.
