I have customized and saved quite a few templates, but I keep having this same problem. This happens when I have 3 pictures on top and 3 or more on the bottom. While in SMPro, I click enlarged preview to see what it will look like at ebay, and the listing is too wide and goes way off the right side of the screen. I only have 1 saved template that keeps the pictures from spacing out and running off the screen.
I hope I have explained that right. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hello Jenn,
Please download and install the latest version of SMPro, where the offline Preview problem that you encounter has been fixed. The kit is located at:
http://www.vendio.com/my/client/
Please be sure to select "save to disk" when downloading. Then, uninstall SMPro (using the Add/Remove Programs Wizard in Control Panel), and proceed with installing the new kit. While doing that, please be sure to close any applications that might be running on your system.
