I put a gallery photo in all my auctions.
All the auctions I entered, had a gallery photo entered, but I suddenly noticed tonight that the gallery option was not checked, even after the photo was entered.
So does this mean that I will have to go in and review and change all those auctions to ensure the gallery option was checked along with the photo?
Why can I no longer keep the gallery photo option checked in my ebay site specifics for listing auctions?
I went to my account and checked gallery photo three times tonight, but each time it returns to no gallery.
Used to be automatically checked when I listed, so if I forgot to enter the photo, I would get a warning to enter it. Now it appears that I not only do not get the reminder, but when I enter the photo, the option for "no gallery" remains checked.
I know I am a creature of habit, but this is a real inconvenience if I now have to remember to do two things, when before I actually had to do one thing and the program would alert me if I didn't remember even that. Is this a temporary glitch (I hope) or a permanent change?

I've had big problems with Vendio and photos today including this gallery photo issue. I just had to manually insert the gallery from eBay at an extra cost on several auctions. Vendio should credit us on this one.
We have tweaked the way Gallery promotional options are selected, in order to make the process clearer. If you use gallery regularly, we would recommend setting it, together with an image, in My Account, eBay Site Specifics. When creating listings afterwards, all you have to do is change the image (when necessary).
We have decided to relax the gallery rule for My Account, eBay Site Specifics: you can again select a gallery option without being required to choose an image.
