Hi, I have a lot of items in my inventory that are showing that they are not listed at auction and when I go and check they have been listed and not just recently. This causes a problem because I could list it thinking I have none on and I am infact overlisting and will have an angry customer when there is no product to send them. I also have some items that are showing that they are at auction and they aren't. I don't even know where to begin to try to sort all of this out.

Hi Sara,
can you please send us an example? I mean a listing ID for an inventory item whis is listed but does not appear to be listed at auction. And also an inventory item ID (or name) that is showing at auction and actually it is not.

2355161846 & 2356625396 ARE THE SAME ITEM AND BOTH ARE UP FOR AUCTION, The item name in inventory is THE LEARNED WIFE SAMPLER Cross Stitch Chart. In inventory it only shows one up for auction
2356219313 is at auction. QUICK & EASY CHRISTMAS ORNAMENT Patterns! not showing in inventory as at auction.
2350593066 2350593218 2356409419 2356412925 all the same item up for auction. Professional Knitting TIPS & TECHNIQUES Book! only shows 3 up for auction.
There are many more but it would takehours to find them all.
