How can I cross-sell items in my store to customers winning auctions? I am losing sales!
And what about the "enlarged picture" page.. why can't I customize that to sell either other auction items or store items of similiar interest? is that page customizable at all? I would love to capture all those missed sales oportunites!
I use SMPro to create listings. I did notice that the Promote option is available using the online listing page. But that's too SLOOOOW to use all the time.
Cross sell items are set up during the creation of the listing online. Unfortunately it is not available in SMPro.
In Global Preferences there is an option you can check to include a store promo on your enlarged image page. This will insert various items you have for auction at the bottom of the enlarged image.
