You won't allow me to use my second account with my current Ebay id and password and Ebay won't let me register again with my same email address so the account won't track listings which is why I am paying for a second account as I do not want to mix my listings with items I'm tracking. My account invicta2 has no Ebay account and I can't set up another Ebay account. What can I do?

Hello,

What is the name of your eBay ID that you want in your 'invicta2' account? We can place it there for you.

Sonya

Hello,

Your 'topalmer_earthlink_net' eBay ID is stored in your Vendio 'invicta' account. You can only have one eBay ID per Vendio account -- before we move it over, I want to make sure you are okay with this.

Sonya

I want my Ebay id "topalmer_earthlink_net" to remain with my "invicta" vendio account and don't want it moved over. I want to know how I can track using my "invicta2" vendio account as Ebay won't allow me to set up another account and you won't allow me to track without an Ebay account

Basically, I have two vendio accounts -
invicta and invicta2
I want to use my current Ebay id with both vendio accounts or my second account is useless

Hello,

Unfortunately you can only have one eBay ID per Vendio account. You can track your eBay listings in your 'invicta2' account and watch them in Sales Manager without storing the eBay ID there.

Sonya

That is what I was doing until the other day when I got this message -

Tracking items into Vendio Sales Manager requires a valid eBay username and password. Enter yours here.

Hello invicta2,

It is true that you can no longer track items in if there is not a valid eBay ID on file at Vendio - this is because we are now using the eBay API for tracking. I would recommend either using your 'invicta' account to track your non-owned items (you will be able to differentiate them from the ones you own because they will be highlighted in gray rather than blue) or register an eBay account for bidding purposes only. The eBay ID you enter on our site does not have to be a seller's account.

Thanks,

Diana
