I launched an auction a few hours ago, and initially the pictures were there. About an hour later (after launching) they were gone. Because I didn't see any way to fix it, I canceled it (it already had a bid!) and relisted it. I believe your new picture hosting software is full of bugs, as I see others have been having problems off and on for over a week. Just letting you know that there are problems with this new rendition.

Hi Attic83,
can you please explain what actions did you take? Please notice that selecting an image does not actually attach it to the listing. The preview thumbnail shown in the page is only ment to see what picture you will add if you click on Attach button (this may help with pictures which have very similar names).

The problem is not with what I selected or did not select. I launched several auctions using the same method. Although I have not yet checked all of them, out of a half-dozen, this is the only one with photos that disappeared after the auction was launched. (Remember--I had a bid on this auction. Why would someone bid on an item that is condition-sensitive if there were no photos?)
I still maintain the problem is with your programming.
BTW, several people chided you for not explaining how to use the new photo feature. I add my voice to the chorus. Nowhere did I see any instructions on how to use it--and I did a 15-minute search. If there were instructions there, as you say, why were they not easy to find? Last week, through trial and error and a lot of teeth-grinding, I figured it out.
I'd still like to know where my photos went. Again, they were there when I launched the auction. Canceling an auction with bids because the photos have disappeared (not even little red "x"s) could become annoying, not to mention expensive. (I attempted to do a workaround, but was thwarted by the fact that the auction already had a bid, and I was in a hurry to relaunch it since there was some interest.)

Hello, you are not alone in this situation! I had the same problems Sunday night and had to cancel a whole bunch of my auctions too and relaunch. The photos WERE there, there were even some relaunches I did that were items already there with photos, but yet, no gallery images, but a little red x when you went into your auction area, it said it had a photo, did not display the photo, but had a red x. I emailed Vendio and got a response that for future, I should keep the auctions up so that they could look at the problem - I don't think so! Why would I want to keep auctions up with no photos just so they could see what their problem was? I have had numerous image problems in the past with Vendio and it's getting quite frustrating.
