If I had a call in order, could I just go to my storefront and use the checkout, with the customer information?

Can I upload customer info from my other auction service?

I use Auctionworks and channel advisor and I would like to import all my customer info to Vendio.

Thanks for any info!

I have the same problem. The storefront does not save any customer info beyond one record. Any sales have to be added manually through the shopping cart as if you are that customer.
