Ok, I've never understood this with auctions launched with Vendio. Why can't I get my PayPal payment option to show in my auctions under "Payment methods accepted"? I have it checked on Vendio with my PayPal accepting email, shouldnt it show in my auctions?
I also cannot get my shipping price to show under "Shipping and Payment details". I always include that in my descriptions but I think alot of people might look there for it too. I fill out the amount on Vendio why is not passed on to ebay?
I dont have time to edit every auction after its launched! I hope there is a fix for this. Thanks for any help you can give!
1. If you would like a Paypal logo under "Payment Methods Accepted" in your
listings, with the wording "This seller prefers Paypal" inserted and the
"Pay Now" button leading to Paypal only when the listing closes, please
take the following steps:
Go to My Account -> Global Preferences, and select the "Include the
PayPal Checkout button and logo" option for Paypal.
Next, log on to your eBay account and go to My eBay -> Preferences ->
Update Payment/Checkout Preferences and choose the following:
- Show Pay Now button for PayPal only (Pay Now preference)
- Tell my buyers that I prefer PayPal payments (PayPal preference)
This will insert a logo in Payment Methods Accepted on your eBay
listings, with the "prefers PayPal" message. When your listings close,
a Pay Now button for PayPal only will appear for the buyer.
2. The shipping and payment details section you see in the eBay portion of the listing page is for their own checkout system. When you list your items, you would need to enable the eBay checkout system, then use the fields provided to enter your shipping amounts into their specific fields as well (in addition to the item desription area.)
