Help....I have done this before but cannot figure out why it is not working this time. All I need to do is edit the winning bidders email addy in sales manager. I go to the post sale: fulfillment checklist and click on the "edit" next to the buyers name. After doing this I get the new screen is Post sale: edit buyer and I simply scroll down to the bottom to the last box "Change current buyer's email address" and type in the buyers email addy, click change email and then I get this. "Cannot submit unless all fields regarding the new winner are properly filled out." Ok what the heck didn't I do right? This is a simple change of email address. Not sure what the glitch is or what I am doing wrong. Help!

Hello,
When you need to change the buyer, make sure you click on the 'Change Email' button after the email field. Clicking on that will allow you to change only the email address.
