HELP
My e-bay store sales are not importing into my sales manager- How do i get them to go there
I had about 5 of them sell this afternoon- One of them is in sales manager and the others are not-

Hi Terry,
I see you have some eBay store sales in post sale. Are these the ones that didn't import when you wrote this post? If not, were they in Active Auctions prior to being sold?

The auctions that you are referring to- that are in my customer manager- 1 of them is the only one that showeed up from the auctions that ended yesterday- The other ones are from several months ago-
I don't understand why only one of the auctions from yesterday will show up- I had one customer buy three things- only one of them showed up-
They were all in the Active auctions when I posted- They were all listed the same day- quite a long time ago- Have been in the e-bay store for a long time- They were in e-bay stores before Vendio supported e-bay stores, yet one of them appears in the post sale info and the others don't

What are the item ID numbers for those that are not showing up in post sale? When they were in Active Listings, did you use Import or Track to get them there?

This one was bought by a customer that also purchased two other items- Thye other two showed up but not this one- It did take a day or two for the second one to show up

I'm not sure how these were listed since it was a long time ago- I think it was before the program was supporting e-bay stores- but some of them imported and some of them didn't-
any suggestions-
I just love this program but it is confusing when everything doesn't show up in the post sale process-

only item # 2324461239 is showing in the post sale -

Hi Terry,
You may be able to track those items not showing up in post sale using Track Other Listings in Sales Manager. Unfortuantely, if items were not originally created in Vendio or tracked into your Vendio account while active by using the Import feature, you will not be able to do post sale on them.
