Why am I receiving this message when relisting? My account at eBay is in good standing.
Error 121: Account balance at eBay has exceeded the limit.
You will be unable to complete this request until payment is made to eBay or a credit card is put on file for automatic monthly billing with eBay.

Hello,
The error indicates there is still a problem with your eBay account. You may test this by attempting to create a listing on eBay directly - you should be prompted to enter your updated information before you will be allowed to submit the listing (if you are allowed to submit the listing, please try again from Sales Manager.) Once you update the information on eBay, you should be able to launch auctions from Sales Manager. Note, however, that it can take up to 24 hours for this update to be recognized by our system.
