I got this email from one of my anal-retentive customers that must have had a bad experience or something, but it has intrigued me enough to pass it on to Vendio and request a response. What the heck does he mean by the following statement:
"Vendio doesn't completely integrate with eBay so I will request a total via
eBay's combined purchase feature! If you go to http://pages.ebay.com/PSP/
you will see that Vendio is the only service that doesn't provide system
integration."
Looking at the site, he is correct that all the other management services do have check marks next to system integration, except Vendio. Please explain.

Putting this back up to the top since I haven't received any response. Please interject your ideas. Thanks!

I am very interested in VD's answer to this question. Has been on the boards for many days with no response. Want to Kick it up a notch, maybe the executives will respond.

What amazes me is after 6 replys and over a week, NO-ONE from Vendio has responded. Maybe this thread is not integrated with Vendio any longer (LOL).
Vendio, if you are listening. All these people are trying to tell you, is that this is just "another" tool Vendio does not support to cause each of us to do all manually. Please help up turn our 15 hour days into at least 13 hour days.

Happy thanksgiving! (almost)
Sorry for the delay, we've had our heads down around here.
System Integration refers to the process of integrating a corporate back end resource management system (Oracle or SAP, for example) to Vendio in order to launch and account for items onto eBay or any other marketplace.
We chose not to pursue this service, as it is too distracting from a time and management standpoint. Not to mention the expense for the seller just to get it in place and maintain it.
We'd rather continue to have the most stable PSP platforms around and stick to what we know best - like rock-solid integration with eBay and PayPal.
