Say... I just batched up 3 new listings via SMP and they ended up in pending with errors saying listing was unconfirmed. FeeBay already had them running... I deleted them from pending and refreshed the ACTIVE list. The still dont show in SM. Also I notice that refreshing doesnt update bidding status as you would expect. Anyone know whay gives?

Hello,

There may have been a temporary glitch when you did your upload. I checked your active list and you have 29 on eBay. If you use the Import link in Sales Manager you can import those that are not showing in Active at this time.

Refresh usually updates the hit and bid status. It can take a couple of tries to work sometimes.

How do I selectively import only those that were a problem? It asks if I want to import ALL.

Hello,

Unfortunately you cannot import a select group of items. It will always import all, no matter what.
