The End of Auction notice comes from eBay so if you aren't getting that, please contact eBay. If it is the WBN you are referring to, when you import a listing you have to turn on the auto WBN feature. This can be done by clicking the Active link, selecting the auctions you imported, and clicking Set WBN. On the next page you should see an auto WBN column -- if it says "off" which it usually does for imported listings, select those auctions and click the On/Off button. This will turn on the auto WBN for your imports.
Additionally if you want to set up some shipping and handling through Vendio, on that same page where you turn on the auto WBN, select a listing and click on Edit WBN. You can customize the checkout messages and shipping and handling through there. This will have to be done for auctions individually.
