In the last 24 hours, I have not received my copy of the WBN's, but Vendio indicates that it has been sent. If I don't receive it, how do I know my customer has received it? And YES, I checked my preferences for this.

Hello,
Have you checked your bulk and/or junk mail folders? Sometimes the WBN email gets read as SPAM and might inadvertantly wind up in one of those email boxes.

I have no filters and my settings appear to be correct, yet I still am not receiving my WBN's. Are my customers receiving them???

Hello,
Step 1 is checked for your closed listings and you have some additional steps marked off as well. It looks like they are receiving them, if someone tells you they haven't heard from you, let us know.
