hello for some reason i cannot retrieve the info for this closed auction it ended with a winner and it wasnt a BIN the auction item # is 2764992130 it ended at 12:04 pst we have had a couple of auctions that have ended after this item to sho up at post sale but cant find this item

Hello,
Was this a listing that was launched through Vendio or was it perhaps a relist that was launched on eBay directly? If a relist launched on eBay, you will need to track in the listing using Track Other Listings, track by item number option.
If it was launched through our services, can you tell us how it was created (ie inventory, relist, Sales Manager, SM Pro, etc.)

Hi Diana, Thanks for the reply this auction was launched through inventory on nov 2nd originally as item # 2763429630 this did not sell at the time it ended on Nov 9 we use the auto relist function through vendio and it was relisted on nov 9th as well it ended successfully today and it just isnt showing up in post sale please let me know what to do

This item appeared to be missing completely from your account as though it had not been relisted from Vendio. We were however able to track it into your account and it stored your shipping preferences and sent the WBN out automatically for you.
