The line items for ORDER 631313341 are specified as USPS first class; however, the shipment method for the combined order is "TBD". I am therefore unable to export the shipping for this item. Vendio, this is not an anomaly.. it happens to me frequently and is very annoying.
Is anyone else experiencing this? Vendio, are you working on a fix?

Hi Ted,
I checked the order, and it looks like the shipping has been applied. When the customer fills out checkout (or when you fill it out for them) the TBD will disappear. Did you fill it out or did your customer?

The customer successfully completed checkout for ORDER 631313341 on 11/17. Although the customer selected USPS for the line items, the combined shipping method within the "Items to Ship" view is TBD. The "Export Shipping" view is therefore empty, and I am unable to download to Endicia Dazzle to print postage.

Items that have steps 1, 2 and 3 checked and step 5 unchecked are available for export. At the time you wrote us about this, were those checked? Do you have other examples of this problem?

I have provide you with plenty of examples of this. You previously consulted with engineers and identified this as a bug. Please review your previous postings. When will Vendio offer a fix for this?

Hello,
At the time that we responded to you that it was identified as a bug, we provided your information to engineering. In response to what you had provided us, steps 1 -3 must be checked and step 5 be unchecked in order for it to show up for export. On the item you provided, steps 1-7 were checked, thus making it not available for export. If you have any items that have steps 1-3 checked yet have step 5 unchecked, please let me know what they are so I can forward them to engineering to determine if the bug exists for those items.

Engineering has asked that you please leave that order untouched. They are investigating the problem you have reported. I will be in touch with you as soon as I hear back from them regarding this order.
What is the status from engineering? Have they looked at this and identified root cause? Please provide me with a status - I am anxious to resolve this annoying problem.
