How do I look up customers invoices, once the customer has been archived?

There are lots of times when I need to look up an invoice from the past, with all the details, to help a customer or to just track the products...

Hello,

You might be able to get the information that you need in the downloaded archive. Have you tried looking there?

If it was recently archived you may be able to restore the item.
