What is the best way to sort and view the data in the archive??

I can open it with excel...

but how do I sort it?

Can I use another program that will sort the data for me better?

Hello there,

There is a powerful sort function in Excel that will allow you to easily sort the data. Look under "Data" in the top toolbar. If you want to sort the whole file, click the corner box to highlight all.
