Hi:
I list all items in Ebay store with GTC.
The other day I had a store item in closed PSM.
I thought it was sold but it was not.
I tried to relist and I got message saying I couldn't for one reason or another.
When I went to Ebay it was in there running.
It is still running in Ebay stores but it does not show in Active.
What do you think caused it to close and why don't it show in active?

Hello,
When I checked your account, this item did not appear either in your active or closed section. I went in and tracked it and it seems to have tracked directly into the active list with the rest of the items.
Let us know if you run into another item that drops to closed before it has expired.
