I had an auction upload through Sales Manager kick back into my pending file supposedly due to an ERROR 10007. I looked over the listing, and everything was in order, so I tried to launch it again. Unfortunately I soon learned that I had an ERROR 10007 again. I repeated my process once more, and the control panel finally reflected it as being listed.
The thing is, the previous two attempts at launching the auction did in fact go through to eBay. Now I've got three listings of the same item which I only have one. Vendio however is only tracking one listing.
I'm going to cancel the other listings, however since this problem seems to be internal to Vendio, do you think I should be reimbursed by Vendio for the listing fees eBay will be charging me?

If you cancel the ebay auctions quickly and then request a refund from ebay they will honor it. Or at least they have for me when I accidently relisted auctions.

Hello,
That is correct, eBay will reverse the listing fees for these items if they were closed right away.
If there was a Vendio error that caused this, be sure to request a refund for the Vendio fee as well.
You may request a refund through our refund request form, available at this URL:
