Hi,

My account was temporarily suspended on ebay due to my first name being listed as an initial instead of spelled out in my contact information. As a result, over 100 auctions were cancelled.

I expected that they would be saved in the "closed" section of vendio, but I can't find them. There was nothing wrong with the auctions, no violations or anything, and my account has been reinstated after I added my first name. I'd like to relist them now but I can't find them.

Can anybody help with this?
Thank you!

Hi there,

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but unfortunately, when eBay cancels listings they remove the listings entirely from their database. This means that unless you saved your listings as inventory items, you will probably not be able to recover the listing data.

You might want to contact eBay to see if they can restore the listing data for you. Our system will not be able to pull it unless eBay is able to restore it.

Sorry about that.

Diana
