You'll need to check your prefs.
Note that there are two areas that will display shipping in your listings and/or checkout:
1. Under My Account -> Global Preferences -> Shipping and Insurance: The values entered here will be displayed in the body of your listing template, and will apply when your customer uses Vendio Checkout.
Note that you can opt not to have this information displayed in your listings by unchecking the "Display Shipping and Handling options and Custom Shipping Note in listing." option in Global Preferences under Item Listing Options. Be aware that even if you opt not to have this information displayed on your listing, it will still be applied as set during item creation when your buyer checks out through the Vendio system.
2. Under My Account -> eBay Site Specifics -> Payment Details: The values entered here will display under the Shipping and Payment Details section of your listing, in the eBay controlled area *under* your listing template. This section will be displayed in your listings if you check "I am specifying payment details", and the section will be displayed on the create listing form so that it can be edited on a per-item basis.
You want to be sure when you are creating your listings that the same information is entered in both places, if you are using both Vendio and eBay checkout. If you have different values entered, and you are displaying your shipping in your listings, you will run the risk of irritating your buyers (at best.)
Note that if you update the values entered in Global Preferences and the eBay Site Specifics area, the change will apply only to items that are created *after* the update takes place. If you are relisting items and you have changed either of these preferences, we would recommend that you edit your relists prior to launch to make sure that the values in the listing match.
