I have two listing IDS, one that I use almost all the time, and one that I use just a little. I wanted to use the pay as you go for one and the regular payment plan that I have set up for the other. It wont let me change one plan, it changes them for both ids!! Am I charged for both IDs?

Our system is configured to manage only one eBay account per Vendio account. If you have multiple eBay IDs, you would need to register a Vendio account for each eBay ID. Please let us know if you have any questions or need any help with this.

Darin,
I am having trouble with this...I want one set up to only use now and then, so I want it on the per use fees, the other I want to keep on my monthly fee plan.
Everytime I change one it changes both of them!! I dont know how fix this, I surely dont want the monthly fee on both my accounts, and thats how it is now. I was only going to list a few items on my smaller account tonight, and I went ahead and changed it back to the montly fee!!!
What can I do now?

Let me claify, I do have two separate accounts set up (Tillies2Treasures, and redragrabbit (baitkatcher).) I set up baitkatcher to just be charged the pay as you go, as I use it rarely.
I then when into my main account to check my terms and cut and paste them to baitkatcher, thats when I noticed
Tilles was now set up as pay as you go, when it has always been set up on a montly fee! I didnt want Tillies on pay as you go, so I changed baitkatcher back, then listed my items on baitkatcher.
Now Im in a pickle! I dont want to pay a montly fee on bait, and I dont know how to fix either one as one is changing the other.

I checked your accounts -- Tillies2Treasures is on the Pay As You Go plan and redragrabbit is on the Premium Plan Flat Rate. If this is not what you want please tell us which plan you want with which account and we will fix it for you.

Baitkatcher is supposed to be on the pay as you go, I hardly ever use it, and just listed a few items last night.
Tillies2Treasures is supposed to be on the Premium Flat rate plan, Tillies has always been on that one I assume.
I will try to change them back and if not if you could help I would appreciate it!

can you make sure the billing amounts are correct, Tillies would have only been changed for one day, and baitkatcher hadnt been used for months...

The Vendio account 'Tillies2Treasures' was on the Premium Plan Flat Rate already -- I am assuming you got this changed. I have changed 'redragrabbit' (which has 'baitkatcher' as the eBay ID) to Pay As You Go.
As for billing, you will need to contact our billing specialist regarding refunds for the amount of times you switched to monthly plans. You may email her at [email protected] -- please include a detailed explanation of the problem, or reference this thread.
