Ebay ran a special in the DVD area where if I launched from their site using the preset info they have, it was $.10 a listing (2 days. Unless I'm missing something, I can import them to be watched by Vendio but I can't relist. It appears this preset info (specifics, a squib about the film and photo) is not importable.

Can you provide the Item numbers? We'll try tracking the auctions in.
Sometimes when the Ebay servers are over loaded (usually when they run a promo), you'll see slower import times. Try importing again or just check on your previous import. If they aren't there, try tracking individually.

The above are two examples. They will import and I find they will relaunch. However, if I try to edit in pending, there is nothing there except the gifs I entered about my company when I had launched the item. The information about the item iteself evidently stays with Ebay.
If you hit full preview, all specific data, photo, etc. is gone. Just my generic gifs remain.
Also, in on-line inventory, same as above. I only was able to import those gifs I had added to the auction at the time of launching on Ebay from Ebay. The pre-set stuff about the DVD is gone.
Unfortunately we do not yet support pre-filled information. We cannot guarantee how those listings will relaunch, it's possible you may need to go in and reset the pre-filled information after you relist.
