Can anyone tell me how winning bidders can adjust shipping charges when winning multiple auctions? I have checked the block in preferences that says allow bidders to adjust but it does not seem to work for them.
Help please

This setting will carry over to the new auctions you launch not the old ones. If your auctions launched iwth the previous setting (or were relisted and not editted correctly), then you'll see these auctions behave this way.
